Power Systems Computation Conference (PSCC) 2024
At this year's PSCC, Giovanni De Carne and Valerio De Angelis presented the paper "The Role of Energy Storage Systems For A Secure Energy Supply: A Comprehensive Review of System Needs and Technology Solutions".
This paper is a joint effort of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Kiel University, SINTEF, the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicon Technology ISIT, Sandia National Laboratories and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
It deals with the question of how energy storage technologies can be safely integrated into the electricity system.
The process can initially be found in the PSCC-Repository and in the coming months as a publication in the journal Electric Power Systems Research.
